William Dickens. Profilic Panzer General 2 modder with one of the broadest and longest modding careers under his belt. His British Campaign was one of the very first user-made campaigns for Panzer General 2 and is still held in regard, not only for the difficulties involved in making it before any of the tools available today was at hand, but also because it is still fun to play.

William Dickens is also known as the co-creator (and present maintainer) of the Pacific Theater Equipment File (or PacFile), creator of Bill's Big campaign and the enormous Superblitz campaign.

William Dickens has made icons, maps, campaigns, scenarios, equipment files and is also a profilic poster at the forums.
